The amazing flavors of the Kansas City Original and bold Texas Red (not spicy), built on the foundation of the Classic Ketchup as a base, deliver mouth watering results for all foods barbecued.

Ingredients:

  • 1 block extra-firm tofu, pressed and drained
  • Sauce King's BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice
  • 1 cup corn kernels, fresh or frozen
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced into rounds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)
  • Lime wedges for serving

Slice the pressed tofu into cubes or rectangles, depending on your preference.

Brush both sides of the tofu slices generously with Sauce King's BBQ sauce, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Let the tofu marinate in the BBQ sauce for at least 15-20 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Prepare the Veggies:

In a bowl, toss the sliced bell pepper and zucchini with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Place the seasoned veggies on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until tender and lightly charred. Remove from the grill and set aside.
